About Studio Surrender

We are the first yoga studio in Erie, PA (established in 2026) offering the Original 26 & 2 Beginning Hatha Yoga series, developed by Bikram Choudhury sessions with classes daily. This yoga is for anyone, beginners through advanced. It’s very appropriate for beginners, (even if you’ve never done yoga or any exercise at all).

This studio is a home for healing, growth, and connection. Here, we meet ourselves through movement, breath, and stillness.
We believe transformation doesn’t come from changing who we are, but from remembering the strength, peace, and purpose already inside us. Whether you come to sweat, to breathe, to let go or to come home, this studio is a sanctuary for your journey — where challenge becomes clarity, and community becomes support. About Vicke

I am devoted to creating spaces where transformation can unfold— in body, mind, and spirit. My path has taught me that true strength is found in vulnerability, peace arises when we speak our truth, and courage is born from walking our own way with integrity.

I teach the Original 26 & 2 series, offering this method as it was designed: precise, disciplined, and consistent—so students can experience its full physical and mental benefits. Separately, I guide Elemental Rhythm Breathwork, a distinct practice that uses conscious breath, sound, and intention to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and inner awareness.

Though different in form, both practices are rooted in ancient wisdom and supported by modern science. Together, they invite resilience, presence, and reconnection to the intelligence already within each person.

Whether through heat or breath, I hold space with care and respect—allowing others to soften where needed, rise when ready, and return more fully to who they truly are.
